Try Pegboard before buying
The free plan lets you try Pegboard first. We do not offer refunds for changing your mind, household mergers, marriage, roommate changes, or separate purchases made by different people.
Accidental purchases by children
If a child made a purchase without their parent's knowledge, contact us for help with a refund.
Immediate double charges
Genuine billing errors qualify for a refund: the same person accidentally charged twice within 48 hours for the same household. Separate licenses, older purchases and household mergers are not duplicate billing errors.
If something is faulty
Contact us so we can try to fix the fault first. If the fix does not resolve the problem to your satisfaction, we will offer a refund, subject to your applicable consumer rights. AI names, counts and values are suggestions that may need correction; disclosed AI imperfections are not themselves a fault.
Apple and Google purchases
Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made through their stores. Request those refunds through the store where you paid; Pegboard can help you find the right request page.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. For UK website purchases, we ask for express consent to start digital access immediately and acknowledgement that the applicable 14-day cancellation right is lost when supply begins. This does not remove your rights if the product is faulty.
